🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Lashvibe

We want you to love your lashes! If something’s not right, here’s how we can help.


âś… Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Orders returned without prior contact


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? We're so sorry!

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
